Shibuya ♥

Hi, I'm sooo soooo sorry for being late this time! m(_ _)m
But I had a lot of problems with my computer!
It'll be difficult for me to write in the next 2 weeks, because of exames for university and these problems with my computer!!

Today in Milan one of the subway station has been transformed in Shibuya Station!!

So, I leave you just for the moment with this post, and in honor of this event (organized by Fast Line) let's talk about Shibuya!

I hope u'll like it ~

Shibuya
Shibuya (渋谷) is a neighborhood of Tokyo, Japan. Along with Harajuku, Shibuya is recognized as the center of youth culture and youth fashion in Japan. Shibuya is located between Harajuku and Ebisu on the Yamanote Line (山手線 central train line in the heart of Tokyo. The circular line connects many of Tokyo’s most visited and popular districts, making it a core transportation resource within the city) in the Shibuya-ku Ward of Tokyo.
As of 2003 there was an approximate population of 197,223 people with about 11,000 of these foreign residents, an incredible percentage for this area of Japan. The total estimated area of Shibuya is 15.11km.
Serving as a trendy city of Tokyo, Shibuya is a popular district for fashion fans and many designers. Fashion and entertainment are the most important industries of the city at this time. Locals and foreign tourists are typically present to shop the many boutiques looking for the latest and most popular fashion trends.
Aside from the shopping and entertainment the city also features many parks, museums, art galleries, and special event halls. Keeping the city modern, green, and environmentally satisfying has been a big job but also ranks as top priority to its citizens.

Interests Points
National Yoyogi Stadium: Host to the world-famous swimming Olympics; it's a large sports arena which features volleyball courts, an ice skating arena, and also presents an area for grand events. The stadium is located between Shibuya and Harajuku.

Hachiko Statue: Just outside of the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station, this is the central meeting point for people who gather in Shibuya. Ths statue represents a story that is known by all that live in the city. It portrays a dog named Hachiko that was so loyal to its owner he waited every evening for him to exit the Shibuya Station. As the story goes, the dog still waited for his master after he had passed away due to illness. Since the story touched many, the statue was placed to remind everyone how important the love of all creatures is. The Hachiko Statue meeting place has been featured in many films and anime.

Shoto Museum of Art: The Shoto Museum of Art displays art dating back to over 200 years ago. Each piece represents a great piece of the many events and cultures in the history of Japan. Tourists have been known to travel to Japan in order to view this museum in particular based on its overwhelming amount of art.

Shibuya Crossing: Shibuya Crossing is just outside of Shibuya Station and is possibly the most photographed street crossing in the world. At peak hours, the crossing is extremely crowded and has been featured in many television shows and movies, as well as being extremely popular with tourists visiting Tokyo.

Shibuya Center Street: Shibuya Center Street is the street that runs down the middle of the most popular shopping area in Shibuya, directly across from the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station..

Japanese Fashion ❤

Hi minna!!!
I promised I would speak of the Japanese brands,
but first let's talk in general of Japanese fashion!

Japanise Fashion

Japanise Fashion is fashion and clothing from Japan. Japanese fashion is a wide category which includes the fashion styles of all of the people of Japan, but outside of Japan there are certain styles which many people think of when they see the term "Japanese Fashion".
For young people in Japan, there are several different extreme fashion trends which have become well known to people living outside of the country.

Those fashion styles include lolita, ganguro, gyaru, visual kei and cosplay.
Much of the extreme youth fashion scene in Japan is centered around the Shibuya and Harajuku areas of Tokyo, with some influential shops also located in Shinjuku, Daikanyama, and other hip areas.
Japanese streetwear also become popular and influential around the world, with many labels based in the Harajuku and Shibuya areas of Tokyo.
Besides youth fashion, there are many other styles of dress that are unique to Japan, including the famous Japanese school uniforms, Office Lady (OL) fashion, traditional outfits like kimono and yukata, and others.
Japanese fashion designers have been increasing influential in the world of fashion in recent years. Even French fashion house Louis Vuitton is now using designs from Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami in their high end bags and other goods.
It has long been said that Louis Vuitton is the most popular high end brand with Japanese women. Statics show that a high percentage of women in Japan own at least one item from the French fashion house, but Vuitton is not the only popular international brand in Japan. The major shopping areas of Tokyo and other major Japanese cities are lined with brand shops from around the world and the Japanese market is considered crucial to the success of many Western brands.

On Friday I'll talk about Shibuya and one of my favorite Japanese brand!!

See you soon~

Taobao

Today I want to talk about TAOBAO
This is a Chinese website for shopping online.
It's similar to EBAY. You can find everything!

I use it to buy clothes or accessories of Japanese brands! In Italy is difficult to find foreigns brands or the products cost four times the real price  ゚ Д
I also bought wigs for cosplay >. <
In recent years, Taobao has had a great success and influx of purchases!
It's known better among people who love Asia, cosplay ... than people who have no interest in this kind of things!
There are several services that help those who do not speak Chinese to shop safely!

I use Taobaospree! There is a person to whom I send the link of the products and see if I can buy and how much they cost!

HDK, RMB, CNY (Chinese currency) is worth less than the euro, for this reason it's convenient for europeans buy from China!!
The only problem, and the real cost of buying on this website, it's the shipping!
Mainly depends on the shipping method you want to use (DHL, EMS, GLS, YUANYEN ...) and the value / weight of the package!

I recently placed an order of 5.42 kg and I only spent  € 85 for the shipment !
Obviously, 5.42 kg of things not only mine, but with six other friends xD

With DHL and EMS is probable that the package go through the customs, so when you get it at home you have to pay a little more!
I recommend DHL for the short time of waiting, but EMS because is the cheapest!
GLS and YUANYEN are the best, they don't cost as much as DHL and the package doesn't pass through customs as foreign, but as a European, so you don't have to pay anything extra!
Unfortunately in 2013 YUANYEN has been removed from several shopping service...and GLS have increased the cost of shipping!
I found out Taobao because I really wanted Japanese dress!!!
Next order, I definitely will buy this dress and this sweater

Liz Lisa Flowers and Bow
I really love this Japanese brand!

Next week I'll talk about Japanese brands

~ See you ~
