Sorry, in these last weeks I haven't written much because of my exams!
I just made ​​some changes to the blog! what do you think?

Yesterday and today I gave 2 of 4! Still 2 and I'm done! Yeeeeh

I haven't studied a lot but I realized some projects that have liked by my professors, so I got good grades! 27/30 and 30lode/30 

I'm sooo happy!!!!

After all this study, I can finally relax! 

In fact, I'll go with some friends and my boyfriend to take a trip to Copenaghen!

I can't wait!!!

This Saturday we celebrated the birthday of my brother! My mom and I have cooked a fantastic cake with the form of pizza because my brother loves pizza, and we also made some sweet!

Pizza Cake 

- 3 layers of sponge cake                                        - Pastry cream

- Milk

- Alchermes

- Whipped Cream

- Candy

- Brioches

- Coffee chocolate beans 

1. Prepare the custard

2. Mix the milk with alchermes
3. Whip the cream
4. Alternate layers of sponge cake with the custrad and the mixed milk
5. On the last layer and on the sides of the cake spread the whipped cream
6. To create "pizza crust" use pieces of brioche
7. Different types of candy to make sausage, tomato ...
8. Coffee beans chocolate for olives

Custrad

1/2 l of cream

6 yolks

60 g flour

1/2 l milk

130 g sugar

1 packet of vanilla

maraschino

1. Beat egg yolks with sugar and flour

2. Boil milk, add vanilla

3. Add hot milk and pour into the pot over high heat

4. Turn with the whip (not sure if it is the right English word >. <)

5. Cool and add maraschino

Pastries

- Whipped Cream

- Meringues

- Marron glacé

- Strawberries

1. Whip the cream and put it in a bowl or small glass

2. Crumble the meringue (whip egg whites and bake for 3/5 hours)
3. Add pieces of marron glacé or strawberries

Today I wanted to tell you which are my favorite models of Japanese magazines! 

The 3 models that I love the most among these are: Lena, Izu and Shizuka Takeda.

I think Lena is sexy and charming. She is a beauty. Beautiful even without makeup.

I find Izu sooo cute, nice, cheerful, she's like a doll! I really like her because I can see me more in her, for  character and figure.

Shizuka Takeda gives the feeling of being strong, sexy and classy. I love her style and her personality.

Ehiii ♥

I couldn't believe it! Today it snowed soooo much! 

It's snowing since last night! The city turns white and softened!

I love Snow!

Who doesn't love it? ?

Yeh, I know... snowing in the city is not the best, 

because it only creates trouble and increase traffic! 

Everything becomes wet and gray! 

But when I look up and  feel fluffy snowflakes falling in my face, all the greyness of the city fades! 

Snow gives something special!

Even though Christmas is over now, 

the snow gives you that feeling of joy, fun and desire to return children even for adults!

Each season has its own characteristics!

I don't know which of the 4 seasons I prefer, 

but I can say what I love for each one of them!

Winter;

 I love it because there is December, Christmas and my birthday.

New Year in January, new life, new experiences to live. 

Then Sales so Shooooopping!

Hi minna! 

The Valentine's Day is coming! I really don't know what gift should I give to my love!!

Surely I'll cook cookies with chocolate that he loves! Probably I will post my recipe!

Unfortunately, on 14 February, he will not be with me, but in the mountains with his family! He asked me to go with him, but I have exams!T^T

So to celebrate, today we went to the Spa ***

I'm soooo relaxed now!  I really love both the spas and massages! I think u too love them!

Relaxing day ♥

Hiiiiiiiii Minnaaaaa!!!

Hw r u guys??? Finally yesterday I had my day of relax! It's 2 weeks that I'm studying and realizing a project for one of my university exam! I'm soooo tired!!!

For celebrate this day I tried a new outfit and a new hairstyle with my new hair cut!! 

Yesterday I  went with my friend to eat japanese food!I missed it sooooooo muuch!!!

 And I was so excited that I forgot to take a pic with my dish full of that delicious food! 

When I was at the end I remebered it and I took a pic ahahahhahahah

After eating asian food we went to China Town, in Paolo Sarpi (Milano) and we found a shoes shop with sales, every pair of shoes at only 15 Euros in leather not plastic! 

I bought 2 pair of shoes!!
